Wilmar International Limited

Founded in 1991 and headquartered in Singapore, Wilmar is Asia’s leading agribusiness group. The company is ranked amongst the largest listed companies by market capitalisation on the Singapore Exchange. Wilmar’s business activities include oil palm cultivation, oilseeds crushing, edible oils refining, sugar milling and refining, specialty fats, oleochemicals, biodiesel and fertilisers manufacturing and grains processing. General Atomics

General Atomics (GA) basic research into fission and fusion that has matured into competence in many technologies including  the nuclear fuel cycle, laser technologies, drone aircraft, and synthetic military grade jet fuel from biomass.  General Atomics was awarded a DARPA Phase I/Phase II contract for the generation of “advanced synthetic jet fuel from algae” project.  Inventure is a key technology component of the GA program and has been selected as the target jet fuel intermediate extraction and conversion technology for this program.

SG Biofuels

SG Biofuels is a bioenergy crop company that is meeting global demand for sustainable plant oil by using breeding and biotechnology to produce elite hybrid seeds of Jatropha. With a fully integrated platform featuring a world-class leadership and science team, the most advanced crop improvement program in the industry and partnerships addressing the complete value chain, SG Biofuels is bringing the opportunities of Jatropha to reality.
